What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end Data 360 solutions including data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, and real-time activation.
  • Architect agentic AI solutions, including Agentforce Voice deployments and multi-agent orchestration for financial services.
  • Define customer 360 strategies to unify structured and unstructured data from Salesforce and third-party sources.
  • Design integration patterns between Data 360, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
  • Lead technical responses for RFPs and translate complex AI architectures into clear narratives for client proposals.
  • Conduct solution design reviews, set architecture standards, and manage technical risk across delivery programs.
  • Mentor architects and technical analysts while guiding build quality, code reviews, and delivery standards.
  • Contribute reusable architecture patterns and Financial Services specific AI use case frameworks to the broader practice.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience in consulting environments.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Data 360, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and governance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
  • Applicants with an Associate’s Degree must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
