JOB TITLE: Frontier Portfolio Architect
The Frontier Portfolio Architect joins the Frontier Transformation Group to build and curate a portfolio of repeatable, productized offers. This role involves identifying reusable patterns from bespoke customer engagements to create scalable solution blueprints and reference architectures. You will work with delivery, business architecture, product, and sales teams to translate field learning into coherent offers that align with market needs and the Microsoft product and engineering roadmap. Key responsibilities include governing the portfolio lifecycle, defining solution scopes, and harvesting accelerators. Required skills include experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting, with a focus on enterprise transformation. You must demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft AI platform, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Work IQ, Fabric IQ, and Foundry IQ, while navigating complex industry requirements.
Build and curate a portfolio of repeatable offers aligned to market needs and industry requirements.
Define reference architectures, solution blueprints, and offer definitions for reuse across multiple engagements.
Mine delivery and pursuit patterns to harvest reusable assets and design patterns into the portfolio.
Distinguish between feasible repeatable components and elements that require custom tailoring for specific customers.
Align the offer portfolio with the Microsoft product and engineering roadmap to ensure platform compatibility.
Govern the portfolio lifecycle by prioritizing, versioning, and retiring offers based on market fit and delivery evidence.
Support sales and pursuit teams with solution shaping to ensure proposed solutions map to feasible portfolio offers.

What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
Equivalent experience to the degree and years of experience requirements.
Proven track record designing enterprise solutions and translating them into repeatable, reusable offers or accelerators (preferred).
Understanding of the market and competitive landscape for AI and enterprise solutions (preferred).
Ability to read a product and engineering roadmap and align a solution portfolio to platform direction (preferred).
Experience defining reference architectures, solution blueprints, and offer definitions used across multiple engagements (preferred).
Working knowledge of the Microsoft AI platform, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365 (preferred).
