Front End Web Engineer, Apps and Games Engineering

What you'll do

• Architect, design, implement, and iterate on user interfaces for internal web applications and services.
• Build high-quality, performant front-end experiences where performance is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Partner with server engineers, operations, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features across the stack.
• Translate internal customer requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain shared infrastructure and tooling to improve developer velocity.
• Evaluate and implement groundbreaking front-end tools and patterns to enhance user experience.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure UI quality and prevent regressions.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience building and debugging consumer-facing single-page applications in JavaScript ES6+, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing rich, interactive, and high-performing user interfaces.
• Proficiency with React/Redux/WebPack or equivalent front-end development frameworks.
• Experience with Jest, Enzyme, or equivalent unit-testing tools.
• Working experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with additional UI testing platforms such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or TestCafe.
• BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with React (preferred); GraphQL (preferred); Python/Java (preferred); and understanding of large distributed systems (preferred).
