As a Front-end Engineer 4, you will join a collaborative team to drive major transformations in front-end architecture and design patterns. You will manage engineering practices like feature flags and canary rollouts to ensure quality. The role requires expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte. Additionally, you will utilize tools like GraphQL, gRPC/Protobuf, and automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright while leveraging the broader web ecosystem including PWAs, Wasm, and Service Workers.

What you'll do

Provide technical leadership for front-end architecture, design patterns, and reusable component development.
Lead the design and development of Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs) and micro frontend architectures.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, feedback, and training on AI-assisted development practices.
Implement engineering best practices including feature flags and canary rollouts to improve delivery quality.
Champion the adoption of agentic AI tools to increase team development velocity.
Deliver high-performing features using modern web technologies like PWAs, Wasm, and Service Workers.
Establish high standards for performance, accessibility, and user experience across all products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 3 years of experience developing applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and web performance tuning (preferred).
Experience designing scalable front-end architectures and reusable component libraries (preferred).
Experience designing and developing client Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs) using GraphQL or gRPC/Protobuf (preferred).
Experience with micro frontend (MFE) architectures or federated architectural patterns (preferred).
Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflow patterns (preferred).
