What you'll do

Build high-performance front-end code and architectures to improve search ranking and user experience.
Architect and maintain core components and shared libraries for multiple product teams.
Define standards for cross-platform consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all front-end experiences.
Partner with infrastructure teams to improve CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering practices.
Define strategies for leveraging agentic AI tools and standardized workflows across multiple teams.
Mentor senior engineers in building AI-native workflows and shaping technical leadership.
Apply mastery of PWAs, Wasm, and Service Workers to solve complex technical problems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
At least 6 years of experience developing applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern web frameworks.
At least 3 years of experience architecting or leading the development of federated front-end or design systems with cross-application adoption.
7+ years of experience with TypeScript and JavaScript (preferred).
7+ years of experience with modern web frameworks, HTML and CSS (preferred).
Proven experience with automated testing frameworks and modular architecture (preferred).
Deep understanding of how to improve search rankings and navigating the world of SEO (preferred).
