What you'll do

  • Manage and enhance Fraud strategy to balance risk mitigation, financial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor fraud trends and customer issues to identify opportunities for improving fraud strategy performance.
  • Use internal and external data sources with advanced analytic tools to accurately detect fraud.
  • Design solutions and develop requirements in partnership with product, technology, and operations teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adopt best practices to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
  • Drive effective communication of Fraud Strategy initiatives to various levels within the organization.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of risk management or data analytics experience (or BS/MS degree equivalent)
  • Expertise in SAS, SQL, Python, and MS Office tools
  • Proven ability to manage processes and projects effectively
  • Strategic thinking and analytical leadership with AI/machine learning
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Curiosity and attention to detail for high-quality analysis and execution
