As an FPGA Prototyping Design Engineer at our wireless SOC organization, you will join a world-class vertically integrated engineering team responsible for developing highly energy-efficient Wireless SoCs. Your role involves integrating custom hardware accelerators and multiple ARM-based subsystems into complex SoCs while collaborating with architects and IP developers to meet power, performance, and area goals. You will develop methodologies and verification processes, ensuring accurate implementation of security assumptions within the design blocks. Daily tasks include maintaining a common FPGA design platform, performing partitioning and synthesis, debugging, and validating designs using Verilog/SystemVerilog on Xilinx FPGAs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in FPGA development for wireless applications and familiarity with Linux environments, Python scripting, and version control systems like Git or Perforce.
