Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, Marketing

What you'll do

• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations by analyzing the daily processes of assigned marketing cohorts.
• Build custom AI tools, agents, and automations tailored to specific marketer responsibilities.
• Coach marketers through a progression from initial awareness to full autonomy in using AI tools.
• Teach marketers how to build and iterate on their own AI tools to ensure long-term independence.
• Identify patterns across cohorts to systematically scale successful tools and solutions across the organization.
• Document all tool playbooks and transformation patterns for use by the entire Forward Deployed AI team.
• Track individual and cohort progress against a maturity model to move users toward self-sustaining, AI-first workflows.
• Design and oversee autonomous, multi-agent workflows to prepare marketers for an agentic future.

What we're looking for

• You must have at least 5 years of professional experience in roles requiring diagnostic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• You must have hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, and automations that are used by real people to improve workflows.
• You must be proficient with AI development tools, including custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation platforms.
• You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You must have a track record of coaching or teaching others to adopt new technologies and change their work habits.
• Experience in formal AI transformation roles focused on identifying and executing workflow transformations is preferred.
• Experience helping others become expert AI users and capable builders is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, growth, or marketing operations with familiarity with marketing technology stacks is preferred.
