Forward Deploy Engineer

What you'll do

• Define integration architecture and data transformation across various end systems and lines of business.
• Establish data integration pipelines with mapping to facilitate seamless solution delivery.
• Integrate agent workflows, assets, and assistants across various activities in the software development life cycle.
• Create contextual knowledge maps based on actual customer workflows to inform solution design.
• Design and architect production-ready products that embed Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Ensure all technical solutions meet strict security, compliance, performance, and ethical standards.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions with clients to identify requirements for enterprise-level technology adoption.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience is required in designing and architecting production-ready products with Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Expertise is required in defining integration architecture and data transformation across various end systems and business lines.
• Experience is required in developing data integration pipelines with mapping to ensure seamless flow.
• Experience is required in integrating agent workflows, assets, and assistants across SDLC activities.
• Experience is required in creating contextual knowledge maps based on customer workflows for solution design.
• Preferred expertise includes advanced Context Engineering, Spec Engineering, and Prompt Engineering.
