What you'll do

Conduct developmental testing for tactical imaging systems in both ground and airborne environments.
Integrate Anduril’s Test and Evaluation processes into programs to ensure consistent adherence to standards.
Maintain safe operations during all testing efforts by following established safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements based on system capabilities and mission goals.
Improve test procedures, safety protocols, and documentation standards to maintain operational integrity.
Coordinate with private and government sites to execute tests for systems and software.
Analyze test data using tools like MATLAB or Python to validate performance and identify improvements.
Serve as a technical resource for the specific products and systems being supported.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
0-2 years of test engineering experience, other engineering discipline experience, or comparable skill.
Hands-on project experience demonstrating practical problem-solving ability through internships, capstone projects, or personal builds.
Ability to interpret and analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to test sites in remote or austere environments.
Current Secret or Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
Experience in autonomy/imaging systems, FAA/FCC regulations, RC piloting, or software development (Python, C++, ROS) (preferred).
