What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight testing for autonomous or remotely piloted systems.
Ability to develop and execute test plans for complex systems under aggressive timelines.
Familiarity with mission autonomy principles and the integration of multiple assets into operational frameworks.
Strong analytical skills to interpret test data, diagnose behaviors, and recommend improvements.
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical challenges to diverse audiences.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.
