What you'll do

Develop and maintain Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts and integrity in coordination with program management.
Perform contract profit margin analysis and ongoing surveillance.
Forecast income statements and balance sheets for specific contracts and business lines.
Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting to leadership and program management.
Review month-end close outputs to ensure revenue and cost accuracy across all contracts.
Support quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, and management data calls.
Identify potential future risks and implement process improvements for the finance department.
Execute special projects and ad-hoc analyses to support company initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholders.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Customer service mindset.
TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
