Field Solutions Engineer Brazil (US based)

What you'll do

• Define technical success criteria collaboratively with customers for complex projects.
• Lead technical partnership with enterprise accounts to ensure deep proficiency in Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Run thorough technical discovery and qualification using solution selling methodologies.
• Act as a dedicated account advisor, providing strategic guidance on internet security and performance.
• Develop relationships across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver robust ecosystem integrations.
• Contribute to high-performance team culture by mentoring fellow engineering team members.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3+ years experience in sales engineering, consulting, or systems engineering for enterprise segments.
• Expertise in internet technologies including BGP routing, GRE tunneling, DNS structures, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security and performance portfolios with multi-cloud/hybrid environment experience.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages to build custom edge logic and manage IaC.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence for building trusted relationships at all levels.
• Project management skills with a focus on quality, execution efficiency, and meeting deadlines.
