What you'll do

Performs system configuration for all supported ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
Conducts site verification testing before deploying systems into production environments.
Troubleshoots connectivity issues between local infrastructure and cloud-hosted application environments.
Documents changes to the solution during implementation, including API integrations and tenant configurations.
Ensures timely resolution of installation and quality issues in deployed ECH solutions.
Participates in developing Methods of Procedure for cloud migrations and system upgrades.
Maintains expertise in emerging cloud-native public safety technologies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology.
3+ years of experience deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud).
Relevant Cloud Certifications preferred (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
CompTIA Network+ AND Security+ certifications required.
Expertise in server virtualization, database servers, network switches, and Linux.
