What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Frequency, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in server virtualization (VMware ESXi v.6+, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN IP networks and computer network installation/maintenance.
  • Experience with Motorola base stations, consoles, and Project 25 products.
  • Skilled in using communication test equipment such as system analyzers and RF power sensors.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under stressful conditions.
