What you'll do
- Performs system configuration for all supported ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
- Conducts site verification testing before cutting a site into production.
- Troubleshoots connectivity issues between local infrastructure and cloud-hosted environments.
- Documents changes to the solution during implementation, including API integrations.
- Ensures timely resolution of installation and quality issues.
- Participates in development and approval of Methods of Procedure for migrations and upgrades.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology.
- 3+ years of experience deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and deployment models.
- Expertise in server virtualization (VMware ESXi v.6+, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of database servers (Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2016).
- Troubleshooting skills for network switches (Cisco IOS), firewalls, and routers.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and judgment in problem-solving scenarios.
