What you'll do

  • Provide onsite technical support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues within the datacenter environment.
  • Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products to support sales account managers.
  • Establish technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
  • Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
  • Provide technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.

What we're looking for

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design or technical customer support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex hardware and deployment issues.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English for collaboration with management and engineering.
  • Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
  • Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and Switches.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Embedded Linux Systems, and APIs.
