As a Federal Enterprise Architect - Cyber on the Strategic Programs team, you will define the technical solution vision and lead proposal responses for large U.S. Federal program opportunities. You will collaborate with business development teams to ensure compliant technical responses while performing thorough requirement analyses to identify necessary internal and partner resources. Your daily work involves crafting a singular technical voice for complex solutions involving 5G, AI/ML, Zero Trust, HPC, and Cloud to Edge technologies. You will manage the solution development lifecycle, shape opportunities through customer engagement, and act as a subject matter expert for product events. The role requires expertise in DoD tactical edge requirements and experience with U.S. Federal Government IT organizations. You will integrate hardware like servers and switches with operating systems and private wireless to automate deployment and operations.

What you'll do

Develop technical solution visions for large U.S. Federal program opportunities and proposals.
Analyze complex requirements to ensure all components of a technical solution are accounted for.
Identify and coordinate internal and partner resources to meet specific project goals.
Create a unified technical voice for proposals incorporating Dell products and partner technologies.
Translate customer mission and business goals into tailored technical solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert for internal product events and external partner meetings.
Manage the solution development lifecycle, including opportunity shaping and OEM integration.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop business cases and steer product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience working with DoD tactical edge requirements.
7+ years of experience as a Technology Architect, Solution Architect, or Solution Strategist within a large enterprise organization.
Experience working with U.S. Federal Government or Department of Defense IT organizations and command structures.
Ability to perform abstract thinking to understand government proposal technical requirements and leverage products/solutions to meet them.
Experience leading or working with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, operations, and R&D.
Engineering or Computer Science degree (preferred).
MBA degree (preferred).
Project or Program Management experience (preferred).
