What you'll do

• Own and manage a nation-wide real estate portfolio for office, R&D lab, test site, and production facilities.
• Manage short-term and long-term space allocation for multiple teams across various sites.
• Translate engineering and production requirements into facility specifications for new builds and retrofits.
• Lead the launch of new facilities to ensure efficient move-ins and operations.
• Forecast multi-year real estate needs and determine strategic investment timing.

What we're looking for

• 6-10 years of experience in real estate portfolio management or manufacturing at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
• Experience designing and setting up new production lines or factories from process mapping to infrastructure collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to read technical documentation like facility drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods for effective project management.
• Capability to translate engineering requirements into facility needs for new builds and retrofits.
