What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for hardware and software from initial request to final delivery.
Oversee the physical flow of goods from the receiving dock to the production floor.
Establish and manage a master inventory system for software licensing and compliance.
Coordinate reverse logistics including equipment swaps, RMAs, warranty claims, and vendor returns.
Ensure physical asset status is accurately reflected in warehouse and ticketing management tools.
Create documented standard operating procedures and dashboards to scale operations as the company grows.
Design and implement scalable systems for procurement, logistics, and licensing rather than just fixing immediate issues.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated track record of building operational processes or standing up functions from scratch.
5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, or IT/OT asset management.
Deep expertise in at least one area: procurement, asset/IT lifecycle management, or logistics.
Proficiency operating across connected systems including ticketing, warehouse, and ERP tools.
Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an MBA is preferred.
Experience with software licensing, enterprise agreement management, and vendor negotiation is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, ITAM, or PMP are preferred.
