DC Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Optimize test environment programs for DC testers to ensure accurate and repeatable results.
• Provide critical feedback to the fab based on analyzed DC test results.
• Perform program troubleshooting and equipment troubleshooting to maintain high data accuracy.
• Conduct device characterization and benchmarking in coordination with Samsung Korea.
• Support special testing requests from internal teams and Samsung Korea.
• Manage tool installation and qualification processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to sustain daily floor operations.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of test structures and test methodologies is required.
• Ability to interpret and modify code on Basic, PERL, and UNIX platforms is required.
• Experience in a wafer probe manufacturing environment is recommended.
• Knowledge of Keysight ATE and TEL prober is a plus.
• Must possess integrity, teamwork skills, communication skills, flexibility, work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
