Executive Product Solutions Director, Data, AI & GenAI Architecture

What you'll do

• Design scalable, cloud-native architectures for Generative AI systems including RAG and agentic workflows.
• Architect data platforms and pipelines for secure, reliable AI applications using lakehouses and vector databases.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps governance including CI/CD patterns, model monitoring, and AI safety guardrails.
• Lead the strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies across the Data and AI Platform cluster.
• Manage client feedback collection to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Lead architecture design reviews and translate technical trade-offs into business value for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
• Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients’ needs.
• Extensive experience facilitating internal platform adoption activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Strong ability to operate as a senior technical and strategic advisor communicating trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Data engineering skills in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark, with familiarity with data warehouses, lakehouses, and event streaming.
• DevOps/MLOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, model management, and evaluation benchmarks.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI patterns, RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems (preferred).
