Executive Director, Identity & Collaboration Systems

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise identity and collaboration technologies.
• Direct the administration, integration, and optimization of platforms for identity management and productivity services.
• Oversee technology modernization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and security.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for platform architecture, data migrations, and ongoing support services.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract management, licensing strategies, and service performance.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and strategic investments.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to safeguard institutional systems and information assets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to align departmental goals with enterprise-wide strategy and develop comprehensive strategic plans.
• Experience in financial management and optimizing financial performance.
• Ability to allocate resources and drive innovation and growth.
• Proven ability to adjust to changes and lead transformational change.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage complex projects.
• Understanding of technology, data analytics, and performance measurement to drive strategic decisions.
