VP, Identity Security Platforms

What you'll do

• Develop and execute Identity Security product roadmaps as the Agile Product Owner.
• Manage the development, testing, implementation, and operations of ISPM and ITDR platforms.
• Establish processes for IAM defect identification, triage, remediation, and system hardening.
• Oversee Zero Trust access policy engineering to enable continuous adaptive risk-based policies.
• Drive governance, technical excellence, and risk management using security and performance metrics.
• Integrate new technologies by collaborating with technical leaders, architects, and security stakeholders.
• Lead a team of engineers and analysts in designing and building enterprise security tools.

What we're looking for

• BS/BA in Computer Science or a technical degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 15 years of IT experience.
• 10 years of IT experience is required if the candidate does not hold a college degree.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of engineers or analysts.
• 5+ years of experience leading the engineering, delivery, and support of technology solutions for medium to large enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, building, and managing enterprise security tools.
• 5+ years of experience with security policy engineering including firewall, network, authentication, and zero trust policy.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, modern IDPs, directories, and authentication systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
