As a Senior Exchange & Copilot Operations Support Engineer in the IT operations team, you will ensure the reliability and performance of Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments while supporting the deployment and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Your daily tasks include providing Tier 2/3 support for mailbox issues, executing PowerShell workflows for bulk operations, monitoring service health, and troubleshooting AI-related disruptions. You will also build operational scripts and automations using PowerShell and Power Platform tools, streamline support processes, and partner with engineering teams to implement new features. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online, M365 administration, and modern AI-assisted productivity tooling, as well as strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues across various platforms including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

What you'll do

  • Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for Exchange Online and hybrid environments.
  • Troubleshoot mailbox, transport, connectivity, authentication, permissions, and client-side issues.
  • Execute PowerShell workflows for bulk operations, migrations, and configuration changes.
  • Monitor service health, message hygiene, queue status, and EOP behaviors.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 services in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation, bulk operations, and mailbox management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mail flow, authentication, permissions, and client issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, configuration, and user enablement.
  • Ability to work within enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and directory sync technologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
