What you'll do

Conduct technical planning and implementation for Microsoft Exchange upgrades in enterprise environments.
Provide Tier 2 support for troubleshooting and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
Manage day-to-day oversight and incident response for the Exchange Operations team.
Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and monitoring.
Oversee project goals, major upgrades, and restoration efforts following service outages.
Direct migrations between on-prem Exchange and M365 Exchange Online environments.

What we're looking for

Experience developing and implementing on-prem Microsoft Exchange solutions in various enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Office 365, M365 Exchange Online, and hybrid email systems.
Expertise in technical planning, system testing, and quality assurance for hardware and software upgrades.
Proficiency in scripting/automation through PowerShell and other languages for routine tasks.
Ability to manage project goals, oversee team work assignments, and provide leadership and mentoring.
Certification meeting DoDM 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC).
Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience briefing senior government officials.
