What you'll do
Lead requirements-gathering sessions to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Architect secure, resilient messaging platforms with high availability and disaster recovery considerations.
Design technical roadmaps for long-term strategy of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Develop automation and orchestration solutions to reduce operational overhead in cloud environments.
Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend enhancements improving user experience and security.
Define governance models supporting Teams lifecycle management, app permissions, and compliance.
What we're looking for
Proven experience designing highly available, resilient, and observable enterprise platforms.
Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance capabilities, including eDiscovery and information governance.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed engineering designs for collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with PowerShell and modern automation frameworks; knowledge of Microsoft Graph API is beneficial.
Understanding of email security ecosystems and identity and security integrations.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
