What you'll do

  • Own roadmap prioritization and ETA decisions for Prompt Security's strategic accounts.
  • Define and maintain operational workflows connecting Support, Solutions Architects, and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Triage escalations to determine if issues are support cases, product defects, or roadmap gaps.
  • Route and correct misrouted technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Lead cross-functional operating cadences including standing syncs and escalation reviews.
  • Represent field-reported pain points during Product and Engineering planning sessions.
  • Track and report on open product issues, ETA adherence, and process health for key accounts.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or technical program management.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Support, Customer, or Solutions Engineering in enterprise software.
  • Experience owning roadmap or prioritization decisions in a fast-moving product organization.
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize cross-functional processes involving Support, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong technical fluency to distinguish between defects, configuration gaps, and roadmap requests.
  • Proficiency with issue-tracking and roadmap tools like Jira, Salesforce, or Asana.
  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager or Product Manager in a security or AI-focused organization (preferred).
  • Domain expertise in AI/GenAI security, cybersecurity architecture, or enterprise SaaS platforms (preferred).
