What you'll do

What we're looking for

Experience working in automation is required.
8+ years of experience including work as an individual contributor and proven project management skills are required.
Progressively increased responsibility as a supervisor or department manager in multiple areas of Operations is required.
Business acumen coupled with leadership experience is required to drive high performance.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline is desired or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence.
An advanced degree in a technical field is preferred.
