What you'll do

  • Develop and refine preventive maintenance programs and spare parts selection for critical production equipment.
  • Integrate machines into IoT systems and install sensors for real-time performance monitoring.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to engineer solutions for repetitive or high-consequence failures.
  • Conduct Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to create proactive reliability programs.
  • Establish maintenance and reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee the onboarding, commissioning, and release of reliability programs for new equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maintainability is integrated into newly designed tools and automation.
  • Provide technical support and manage data collection requests for production and maintenance personnel.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance engineering role and reliability in high-volume manufacturing, testing, or operational environments (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, tooling, and industrial automation (preferred).
  • Developed understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical component functions (preferred).
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL and PowerBI (preferred).
  • Ability to read and understand equipment schematics, P&ID, GD&T, and OEM manuals (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
