Environments and Data Strategy Practice Manager, Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end environment and data strategy programs to onboard new clients onto the front-to-back platform.
• Lead regional and functional teams in performing workflow, data, and requirements analysis for future state models.
• Create and deliver internal and client-facing strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, and data insights.
• Navigate complex client relationships and manage expectations with high-level stakeholders.
• Lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle across multiple simultaneous global clients.
• Support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement.
• Provide regular status updates and support program management reporting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 15+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle and back-office systems, services, and data domains.
• Strong experience in environment strategy, architecture design, and managing multi-year programs with complex business models.
• Expertise in data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization, reporting, and messaging protocols.
• Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management, and client engagement across the project life cycle.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for interacting with executive management.
• Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) (preferred).
• Technology background and CFA/FRM charters are highly appreciated (preferred).
