AI Strategy, Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Coordinate activities across business and technology stakeholders to execute AI Product Operating Domains.
• Frame business intake requirements and establish prioritization criteria for new AI opportunities.
• Develop business cases to assess the value, feasibility, and strategic alignment of AI initiatives.
• Manage and track AI projects from initial ideation through final implementation.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical considerations for development teams.
• Distill business needs into platform capabilities and development priorities for the AI roadmap.
• Create presentation materials and executive updates for senior leadership and Board-level reporting.
• Support governance, metrics tracking, and periodic reviews of AI programs and strategic priorities.

• High-level understanding of enterprise data assets, data management concepts, and AI deployment models.
• Familiarity with AI delivery approaches, including platform development and business-specific use cases.
• Understanding of business intake processes, requirement definition, prioritization methodologies, and technology delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting strategy, product management, transformation, innovation, technology, or AI-related initiatives (preferred).
• Exposure to financial services, asset management, asset servicing, or fintech environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, or enterprise AI governance frameworks (preferred).
