What you'll do

Maintain and support enterprise IT systems including servers, virtual machines, and cloud environments.
Monitor system performance and identify reliability issues within infrastructure operations.
Develop automation scripts to streamline routine administrative tasks and improve reliability.
Participate in incident response activities and perform post-incident analysis.
Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and routing problems.
Document system configurations, operational procedures, and reliability metrics.
Validate firewall rules to ensure secure communication between services.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java is required.
Understanding of Linux operating systems and cloud computing fundamentals is required.
Knowledge of networking concepts, APIs, and distributed systems is required.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
Experience with cloud platforms, container technologies, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
