Entry Level Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Maintain and improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Work with software engineers to ensure services are resilient and scalable.
• Participate in on-call rotations and manage incidents.
• Create documentation and establish best practices for reliability engineering.
• Build and maintain infrastructure that supports mission-critical applications.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in software development, systems administration, or DevOps is required.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java is required.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and monitoring platforms like Prometheus or Grafana is preferred.
