What you'll do

Define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for the IBM Z and LinuxONE portfolio.
Apply design thinking and agile methodologies to support product teams in development cycles.
Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
Curate insights from customer interviews and feed them into the Idea Hub to drive product progress.
Manage functional trade-offs while balancing customer outcomes and business impacts across multiple projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure timely delivery.

What we're looking for

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
Experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building or deploying products is required.
Experience implementing Agile practices and Design Thinking is required.
Strong written communication and presentation skills are required.
Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills are required.
Ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week is required.
