What you'll do

  • Define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for the IBM Z and LinuxONE portfolio.
  • Apply design thinking and agile methodologies to support product teams in development cycles.
  • Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
  • Curate insights from customer interviews and feed them into the Idea Hub to drive product progress.
  • Manage functional trade-offs while balancing customer outcomes and business impacts across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure timely delivery.

What we're looking for

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
  • Experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building or deploying products is required.
  • Experience implementing Agile practices and Design Thinking is required.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills are required.
  • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week is required.
