Entry-level Healthcare Analyst

What you'll do

• Design and develop fully functional software products that align with healthcare user needs and business goals.
• Bridge development and operations functions to streamline and automate business processes.
• Resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Deploy and operate systems in coordination with the software engineering team.
• Establish and grow organizational best practices and procedures to meet requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to provide practical insights for healthcare leaders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science).
• Internship or academic experience with programming languages like Java, .NET, C#, and PL/SQL.
• Internship or academic experience and/or certifications using cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Interest in data science, data analytics, databases, large data sets, or data mining.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams.
• Work Authorization.
