Senior QA Analyst, Facets & Healthcare Payer

What you'll do

• Lead test planning, management, and governance activities for healthcare payer initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into test strategies, scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria.
• Validate Facets functionality, healthcare payer workflows, system integrations, and underlying data.
• Use SQL and data-validation techniques to identify discrepancies and confirm data accuracy.
• Apply test automation and Gen AI capabilities to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Manage defect reporting and quality governance throughout the software testing life cycle.

What we're looking for

• At least 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, test management, or related disciplines within the healthcare payer domain.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Facets, including relevant healthcare payer business processes and testing activities.
• Experience leading test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality governance.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, data validation, test automation tools, and the application of Gen AI capabilities in software testing.
• Experience using ACCELQ for test automation (preferred).
• Experience supporting managed vision care environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare payer data, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows (preferred).
