JOB TITLE: 2027 IT Analyst - Entry Level
The IT Analyst joins the Technology, Digital and Data team to support business operations across global locations. In this entry-level role, you will help deliver technology solutions by contributing to application design, requirements analysis, system integration, and testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to document business requirements, performing system validation, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining process flows. You will work with enterprise applications, databases, and AI-enabled technologies to improve business processes and user experience. Required competencies include knowledge of application architecture, requirements analysis methods, and system testing strategies. You will solve technical problems by converting logical models into technical designs, ensuring high-quality software delivery across various platforms and business functions to support internal and external customers.
Support enterprise applications and technology solutions for internal and external customers.
Gather and document business and system requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
Assist in designing and implementing application and technology solutions.
Support integration efforts across applications, databases, platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality solutions.
Analyze technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts.
What we're looking for
Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivering services to internal and external clients.
Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
Knowledge of application design and architecture principles to convert business requirements into technical designs.
Knowledge of tools and methods for requirement analysis to elicit and record business functionality.
Knowledge of system and technology integration across applications, databases, and technology platforms.
Knowledge of system and software testing to design and execute testing strategies throughout the system life cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (preferred).
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (preferred).
