Enterprise Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management including upstream and downstream integrations.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs to automate manual intake and fulfillment tasks.
• Support and evolve legal platforms such as Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign for operational reliability.
• Execute data migrations, backfills, and reconciliations to maintain data hygiene across the legal toolchain.
• Govern platform access, credentials, and service account lifecycle management for all legal systems.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ship platform changes safely to production.
• Utilize generative AI tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and output quality.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 6+ years of experience administering and evolving Ironclad and/or DocuSign in a production environment.
• Experience building integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS tools, REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows.
• Demonstrated experience performing data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations while maintaining data integrity at scale.
• Proven ability to own a platform end-to-end and translate technical details into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
• Ability to govern platform access, credentials, and service account lifecycle management for legal systems.
