What you'll do

  • Identify recurring operational trends and systemic issues to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and alert-handling processes for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise operations center monitoring and incident response.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise monitoring tools like Datadog or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and coordinate cross-functional remediation actions.
  • Experience with incident, event, and problem management processes and ticketing systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of network and system performance monitoring and analysis workflows.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.
