  • Proven leadership in managing globally distributed, 24x7 operational teams.
  • Strong technical background in global infrastructure management and public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Expertise in operating systems (Linux, Windows), virtualization technologies, and IaC concepts.
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both staff and senior management.
  • Experience ensuring operational activities are thoroughly documented and compliant with audits.
