What you'll do

  • Offer system strategy and training to direct and indirect distribution teams.
  • Ensure customer requirements align with product roadmaps and future feature requests.
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement through territory meetings and webinars.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years experience in technical solutions selling, sales engineering, marketing, product management, Land Mobile Radio, or IT networking
  • Strong communication skills and dynamic personality for presentations and customer interactions
  • Experience promoting hardware and software solution offerings
  • Prior hands-on experience with Motorola Solutions products preferred
  • Technical expertise to provide system strategy and training to distribution teams
  • Ability to deliver competitive positioning and winning strategies for opportunities
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America 30% - 50%
