What you'll do

Lead and manage the second-shift operations team during off-hours incidents and change implementations.
Support and maintain a diverse technology stack including WebSphere, Tomcat, MQ, Kafka, and Ansible.
Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for automation and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance platform stability.
Contribute to infrastructure planning, development strategies, and product lifecycle management.
Oversee financial management, risk management capabilities, and portfolio project responsibilities.
Ensure a stable and secure environment through incident management, patching, and asset lifecycle management.
Direct, motivate, and develop the performance of the management team and key staff.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
At least 8 years of industry experience.
At least 5 years of prior management experience.
Experience with WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy, and Ansible.
Knowledge of Information Security, IT Architecture, Network Administration, Network Support, and Software Testing (preferred).
Competency in Hardware Infrastructure, Information Security Technologies, IT Architecture, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Ability to lead and manage a second-shift operations team and oversee infrastructure planning and financial management.
Ability to manage risk in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
