The Enterprise Data Strategist joins a team to shape and execute data and AI strategies aligned with Department of the Air Force priorities. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop implementation roadmaps, guide strategic investment decisions, and drive measurable mission outcomes. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by aligning governance, technology modernization, and operational requirements into scalable enterprise solutions. Required expertise includes enterprise data governance, cloud modernization, zero-trust architecture, and AI/ML implementation initiatives. You must possess experience with PPBE-related planning, managing large-scale portfolios, and briefing senior executives. This position addresses the technical challenge of improving decision superiority across complex government and military organizations.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level data, AI, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives within the Department of Defense or Federal Government.
5+ years of experience translating enterprise data or AI strategies into executable implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, or operational outcomes.
Experience supporting or implementing Department of the Air Force, U.S. Air Force, or DoD data and AI strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across government, military, civilian, and contractor organizations.
Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud modernization, zero-trust architecture, or AI/ML implementation initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale portfolios, strategic investments, or PPBE-related planning and execution.
Experience briefing and advising senior executives, General Officers, or SES-level stakeholders.
