What you'll do

  • Define and document the overall data strategy, roadmap, and architecture patterns for the business unit.
  • Design data solutions using Snowflake Data Warehouse on Azure, including database models and data flows.
  • Build and maintain a strategic data platform using a data product mindset.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions, including ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI, within the asset management domain.
  • Manage data and AI governance, ensuring data quality, security, and consistency across cloud databases.
  • Prototype and enable business functions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Provide technical expertise on relational, NoSQL, dimensional, and Data Vault modeling architectures.
  • Lead teams through influence to implement modern engineering practices and domain-driven design.

What we're looking for

  • Expertise in designing data solutions on Snowflake Data Warehouse on Azure.
  • Experience as an AI Solution Architect (AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI) within the investment or asset management domain.
  • Expert level understanding of relational database concepts, dimensional database, data vault modeling, medallion architecture, and database architecture.
  • Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL data stores, methods, and approaches.
  • Experience designing and implementing database models (LDM & PDM), data flow diagrams, database schema, and DB scripts.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and federated business enablement using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Experience with Data and AI Governance, including data quality, data security, and AI consistency on cloud databases.
  • Work Authorization.
