What you'll do

Own end-to-end platform validation from architecture alignment through post-silicon debug and customer enablement.
Define program plans to ensure product requirements are met within the specified schedule and scope.
Develop detailed validation strategies based on program complexity and specific customer use cases.
Drive post-silicon bring-up, test planning, and execution to meet sample commitments and milestones.
Define platform configurations, firmware requirements, debug tools, and enablement flows for system validation.
Prioritize defects to identify high-impact issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
Manage technical constraints and prioritize engineering investments across the program.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to early and mid-career engineers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Ability to operate across architecture, silicon, firmware, validation, and performance domains with depth in at least one.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in post-silicon or system development environments.
Solid understanding of computer architecture, silicon features, and system-level interactions.
Experience with Linux, Windows, hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V), and system validation environments.
Experience with HW/SW test tools, debug methodologies, defect tracking, and version control systems.
Ability to communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leadership.
