The Enterprise Agentic AI Engineer, Lead joins a high-performing, cross-functional team to support Project Keystone, an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. You will lead complex workstreams to modernize core business systems, including Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning. Your daily responsibilities involve agentic AI prototyping, business process modernization, technology implementation, and stakeholder engagement. You will design and implement agent orchestration frameworks, agent loops, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns. Required technical skills include knowledge of LLM platforms like OpenAI and Databricks, prompt engineering, and MCP usage. You must possess experience in AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, and intelligent automation. This role solves the business problem of transforming manual workflows into scalable, secure, and well-governed digital capabilities across interconnected enterprise platforms like Icertis, Ivalua, and Costpoint.
Design and build practical agentic AI systems to automate manual enterprise business workflows.
Implement agent orchestration frameworks, including agent loops, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
Lead complex workstreams for business process modernization across S2P, CLM, and ERP systems.
Define technical requirements and coordinate delivery activities for interconnected AI and data initiatives.
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and resource needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop executive-ready communications and actionable plans to support informed leadership decision-making.
Evaluate AI performance and business impact using data-driven measures to ensure successful program execution.
What we're looking for
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology modernization, AI-enabled solutions, program delivery, or business process improvement initiatives.
5+ years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
5+ years of experience managing or supporting complex projects or workstreams involving cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
3+ years of experience designing, developing, evaluating, or implementing agentic AI applications in prototype or production environments.
