As an Enterprise Agentic AI Engineer, Lead, you will join a cross-functional team to drive Project Keystone, an initiative modernizing core business systems including Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning. You will lead complex workstreams involving agentic AI prototyping, business process modernization, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement to transform manual workflows into automated solutions. Your daily responsibilities include defining requirements, managing risks, and developing executive communications to ensure successful program execution. The role requires expertise in designing agentic AI applications, implementing agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns. You will utilize technologies such as OpenAI and Databricks platforms while applying prompt engineering techniques for reliability. Required skills include experience with LLM providers, MCP development, and a technical background in fields like Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence to solve complex enterprise integration problems.
Design and build practical agentic AI systems to automate manual business workflows.
Lead complex workstreams including agentic AI prototyping, data reporting, and technology implementation.
Implement agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
Develop prompt engineering techniques to ensure reliability, controllability, and task performance for LLMs.
Modernize core business systems across Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning.
Manage program risks, dependencies, milestones, and resource needs for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Create executive-ready communications and actionable plans to support informed decision-making.

What we're looking for
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology modernization, AI-enabled solutions, program delivery, or business process improvement initiatives.
5+ years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
5+ years of experience managing or supporting complex projects or workstreams involving cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
3+ years of experience designing, developing, evaluating, or implementing agentic AI applications in prototype or production environments.
