What you'll do

  • Design and build practical agentic AI systems to automate manual business workflows.
  • Lead complex workstreams including agentic AI prototyping, data reporting, and technology implementation.
  • Implement agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
  • Develop prompt engineering techniques to ensure reliability, controllability, and task performance for LLMs.
  • Modernize core business systems across Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, milestones, and resource needs for large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Create executive-ready communications and actionable plans to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate delivery activities between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology modernization, AI-enabled solutions, program delivery, or business process improvement initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or supporting complex projects or workstreams involving cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, evaluating, or implementing agentic AI applications in prototype or production environments.
  • Experience implementing agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
  • Knowledge of LLM platforms (OpenAI, Databricks), prompt engineering, and MCP usage; Master's degree or professional certifications are preferred.
