What you'll do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and deliver repeatable bookings.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with Enterprise accounts in assigned Region.
  • Identify net new leads that fit ideal client profiles and initiate contact for potential clients.
  • Work with sales support to customize proposals and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
  • Position Okta at both functional and business value levels with target stakeholders during presentations.
  • Champion Okta’s platform as a thought-leader through sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of direct field sales experience developing net new logos in enterprise cloud software.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets and closing six-figure deals.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions and adapting to high-growth environments.
  • Utilized partners, channels, and alliances to enhance sales success and exceed quotas.
  • Sold similar complex solution software in areas like enterprise cloud, security, or analytics.
  • Strong executive presence with experience in the C-suite and excellent listening skills.
  • Knowledge of target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
