Engineering Project Specialist I

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation process for products and services from concept to release.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and results while monitoring budget and spending.
• Apply knowledge of product development lifecycles and engineering processes like requirements analysis and coding.
• Identify necessary resources, define major project roles, and conduct risk analysis to identify dependencies.
• Acquire budgetary estimates to support financial and material resource planning.
• Provide technical support and direction to team members while managing progress against established plans.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions regarding scope and schedule and report status updates to management.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is required (completed within the past 3 years or expected within 12 months).
• Proven leadership through roles in student organizations or major extracurricular activities.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar in all communications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills (preferred).
• Ability to be a collaborative problem solver (preferred).
• Strong curiosity about the business and operations side of the technology industry (preferred).
• Solid understanding of an engineering or technical domain for program management purposes (preferred).
