What you'll do

Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team of engineering program managers.
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs across complex software stacks.
Manage scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization for competing stakeholder demands.
Establish checkpoints and communicate program status with transparency and clarity.
Drive collaboration across engineering, design, and operations to develop product roadmaps.
Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans with agility.
Champion process improvements that scale product development across the organization.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in program management, product management, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.
2+ years of experience managing a team of technical program or project managers.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or at least 5+ years of comparable experience.
Solid technical understanding of large scale distributed software systems, cloud architecture, development, and deployment.
Experience with release planning, SDLC methodologies, and system reliability engineering (SRE) processes.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Excellent project management skills to drive schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and risks.
Experience in talent development, succession planning, and organizational design (preferred).
